If your position has an office phone then you should have received an email to your DelVal email account with information on how to access your voicemail as well as direction to set up your voicemail box password. If you accidentally deleted that information you can always call the Help Desk at 215-489-4357 for assistance. Here are some basics you should know:

• To Dial off campus: Dial 9 then the phone number.
• To reach the Welcome Center / Public Safety is 215-489-4444

Note - Across Campus, you will see EMERGENCY PHONES designated by a blue light.

• If you did not receive the voicemail instruction in your DelVal email account please contact the Help Desk and we can re-send you the instruction.
