About Technology Services

The technology services team manages many aspects of the computing experience at Delaware Valley University. The department consists of three teams.

  • The Help Desk team provides hardware and software support for staff, faculty, and students. This includes academic spaces and offices.
  • The Network and Infrastructure team manages the behind the scenes communication infrastructure that internet and telephone services rely on. This team also manages campus servers and many applications.
  • The Administrative Systems team provides technical support for and manages many campus applications including our core student and enterprise systems.

If you ever need technical assistance, please contact the Help Desk at support@delval.edu or at 215-489-4357. Technology Services is located in Feldman room 1.

Please remember, Technology Services will never ask for your password in an email and that you can always call us if you have any questions about the authenticity of an email.
