Book and Document Delivery

We have book and document delivery services that you can use at any time for your convenience. You can use our catalog tutorial to reserve items of interest for pickup at the Circulation Desk. You can also email us at to have a staff member reserve the item for you.

For items that we do not own, we have Interlibrary Loan. Use this service for things you find in our databases that you cannot access by clicking the Request Via Interlibrary Loan button to be redirected to a form for requesting material. You can also fill it out manually for items you find on the internet. Our staff will make every effort to deliver the items to you. Book loans can take 1-2 weeks to arrive from another library, while articles usually arrive in 3-5 business days. This service is for academic materials only.

Research Assistance
Our librarians can help you with your research in-person at our Reference Desk or via phone, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or email. You can schedule an appointment with one of us at your convenience using our scheduling link, emailing us at, or calling us at 215-948-4171.
