AudioBooks at the Krauskopf Library
The Library gets a lot of questions about audiobooks from those who want something to listen to on long drives or flights. Unfortunately, as a research library, we don't have many in the collection.
This guide will not only help you find recorded books in the library, but free ones online.

County Library Audiobooks
AudioBooks for Current DelVal students and Bucks County residents
All residents of Bucks County, including all current students at Delaware Valley University, are entitled to use the Bucks County Libraries system. This is gives you access to OverDrive and CloudLibrary, audiobook services similar to Audible.
As a student, all you have to do to get a library card is go to one of the local branches (such as the Bucks County Free Library on Pine Street in Doylestown). Bring photo ID and your student ID to set up an account.

- LibriVoxLibriVox, founded in 2005, is a community of volunteers from all over the world who record public domain texts: poetry, short stories, whole books, even dramatic works, in many different languages. All recordings are in the public domain in the USA.
- Lit2GoLit2Go is a free online collection of stories and poems in Mp3 (audiobook) format. An abstract, citation, playing time, and word count are given for each of the passages. Many of the passages also have a related reading strategy identified. Each reading passage can also be downloaded as a PDF and printed for use as a read-along or as supplemental reading material for your classroom.
